The E17 to Brussels, the E403 to Charleroi

For Brussels Airport (Zaventem), the route from Kortrijk, Harelbeke and Waregem follows the E17 towards Ghent and then the E40 to Brussels and the Ring. From Ypres you join it via the A19, from Roeselare and Izegem via the E403. It is a substantial drive, and at rush hour traffic can back up around Ghent and on the Brussels Ring. Your driver builds in plenty of margin; you choose the pickup time.

Flying low-cost? From the south of the region, Charleroi is well worth considering. The route heads south via Tournai and Mons, steering clear of the Brussels congestion. Liège, Eindhoven, Schiphol, Düsseldorf and Cologne Bonn are available too. The price table on this page shows the fare from your town to every airport.

What about Lille-Lesquin?

Lille airport lies just across the border and looks tempting to many people in Menen, Wevelgem or Kortrijk. However, GateRide does not serve Lille-Lesquin: you can choose from the seven airports in the calculator, from Brussels and Charleroi to Schiphol and Düsseldorf. When you compare flights, the price table shows the matching ride straight away.

Do you go to Lille-Lesquin airport?

Which airport is best from Kortrijk?

For most destinations Brussels Airport is the obvious choice. For low-cost flights Charleroi can be attractive, especially from the south of the region. Compare the fixed fares side by side in the price table.

Do you also cover Ypres, Poperinge and Heuvelland?

Is it more expensive if I leave at 4 am?

No. You choose your own pickup time, even in the middle of the night, and you always pay the fixed price shown in the calculator beforehand.

How do I cancel if my trip falls through?

In ‘My trips’ you can cancel free of charge until the deadline shown in your booking, normally twelve hours before pickup. To change something, send a change request, which your driver then confirms.
