    Personal confirmation

    The driver reviews your request and confirms it by email. Only then is your trip final.

    Sit back and relax

    Your driver is there on time. You pay the fixed price in cash on arrival.

Response time: Usually confirmed within 3 hours (between 7am and 9pm).

GateRide is a small, personal service: one driver, the owner himself. Not a dispatcher sending a stranger, but the same trusted face at your door, wherever you live in Belgium.

I plan every trip myself, with generous margins for traffic and luggage. That’s why I confirm every request personally: so you know for sure I’ll be there.

Do you drive in my area?

Enter your town or postcode in the price calculator. If a fixed price shows, we come to you. No price for your town? WhatsApp us for a quote.

Does it cost more if I live far away?

You never pay a pickup surcharge or extra kilometres. Each town has one fixed price per airport, all-in, shown up front and guaranteed, even in traffic.

What if my flight is delayed?

Airport pickups include free waiting time (usually 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the airport). Enter your flight number; if you expect a long delay, let us know by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible and we’ll find a solution together.

Which time do I choose when booking?

You always choose the time the driver picks you up — not your departure or landing time. For departures we recommend being at the airport 2 to 3 hours before your flight. Being picked up? Allow about 45 minutes after landing for Schengen flights and 60 minutes for flights from outside Schengen.

How do I pay?

You pay the fixed price in cash to the driver on the day of your trip. Online payment isn’t needed and isn’t possible.

Can I change or cancel my trip?

Yes. In ‘My trips’ you can cancel free of charge until the time shown for your trip (by default up to 12 hours before pickup). Want a different time or address? Send a change request and the driver will check whether it fits.
