GateRide is a small, personal service: one driver, the owner himself. Not a dispatcher sending a stranger, but the same familiar face at your door, wherever you live in Belgium.
That is a deliberate choice. When you are standing outside at four in the morning with suitcases and children, you want to be sure the car will turn up, and to know who will be behind the wheel. That is why I plan every ride myself and confirm every request personally.
With many taxi services you only find out afterwards what you will pay: the meter keeps running, and a charge for the drive to you or a luggage surcharge gets added on top. At GateRide you see one price for your town up front, and it stays that way. The drive to you, your luggage, waiting time after landing and VAT are all included.
You pay in cash on the day. No deposit, no card details online: you only pay once the ride is done.
Anywhere in Belgium: I drive from the coast to the Ardennes and from Brussels to Limburg: to Brussels Airport, Charleroi and Liège, and across the border to Eindhoven, Schiphol, Düsseldorf and Cologne Bonn.
